Dealing with Dr. Lau was a pleasure. She tried her best to diagnose my unexplained abdominal pain which no other doctor was able to do. Her office was clean and the receptionist was polite and even managed to book me early on someone else's cancellation. Dr. Lau was very polite and easy to talk to. Even though my issue is a chronic one and wasnt resolved, she made me feel a lot better about it. Shes much more approachable than other specialists i have met.
