The person helping me (didn't catch his name) informed me they didn't have the inventory at this time due to covid but still spent his time to educate me on what to look for and the reputable brands. Great customer service and wish they had the inventory to give them my business.

I am more than picky about my bike and he crossed all the boxes on perfection. My bike was rattle free, shifted perfectly. I couldnt find one thing wrong about it. I cant see going anywhere from Hamilton to Toronto . The best

(May 5, 2019, 5:55 pm)I was out for a ride and I noticed my bottom bracket was loose. I didn't live in the neighborhood. And couldn't leave the bike. He made the time to help me out...wouldn't hesitate to bring my bike in for service.
