  I visited Trek Mississauga last year in search for the perfect road bike. During my initial visit I met Martin who took the time to explain the different bikes available, but more importantly asked questions about me and what I’m expecting to get from a bike. There was no sales pressure to purchase which made my initial experience much more comforting. I came home, did my research on many bikes, makes etc. I continued to ride my mountain bike for the remainder of the year, which I was completely over with. I visited several bike stores over the past 6 months and returned to Trek Mississauga this past week to finally purchase my new bike. Martin and Rick were great to deal with and have made this purchase fun, exciting and comforting. My new bike is now the centre piece of my dining room, waiting for the weather to change. The service and knowledge I received surpassed any of the other stores I went to. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!! I can’t wait to get riding!

  Rick and Martin are fabulous to deal with. Rick initially took my call over the phone and spent time answering my questions without knowing if I would ever actually visit the store ! Because of his professionalism I did visit and once I decided on my frame Martin's expertise kicked into high gear. Martin helped me select the components for the custom build including a custom wheel-set. Martin kept me in the know during the build process (with updates) and always left me feeling as though I was in good hands because he was treating this bike as his own. I could not be happier the finished product (quality, clean build) and I am completely blown away by the bike fit. Thank you Rick and Martin you are true bike professionals.

  Service and help from Martin was excellent and friendly. The shop was well laid out and seemed to have a full selection for all riding types. I had no complaints and look forward to riding my new Trek Stache.

  Martin was extremely helpful in providing me with information and guidance to ensure I was making the right choice for my long term enjoyment for my riding styles and goals. The Stache will be a perfect fit for me and I have thoroughly enjoyed my previous experience with Trek bikes. The bike was set up great and Martin went trough all the final adjustments like setting the tire pressures and fork pressures when I got there to pick up. A great overall buying experience

  I recently purchase my second Trek bike from the Trek store in Mississauga. The service from Martin & Rick was second to none. They are knowledgeable and fun. I had let them know that I was thinking of purchasing a gravel bike in addition to my mountain bike. When I went to the store Martin had picked one out for me (Check Point), it was exactly what I was looking for, great bike at a good price. Thanks both, look forward to seeing you soon. The bike is so much fun!
