This is my true testimonial,
Your staffing agency has changed my perception of staffing agencies overall. I normally don't apply to too many postings that are posted by staffing agencies because in the past, when they call they would always ask me to come into their office and bring two pieces of id. As soon as you step inside of the staffing agency the 1st thing they ask for is our id's. It feels like going to the border crossing. Then I would be asked to register and fill out all types of paper work plus do WHMIS and more. My experience in the past after registering with the agencies the particular job that I applied for I did not get because they would tell me that job has been put on hold, after about 4 days or after a week the agency would call me and ask if I am still looking for work? Then they would tell me about a different job and tell me the pay for this is $12 per hour, not $20 like the one I applied for and then they would ask ..... would that be something I would be interested in? Staffing agencies will not talk about a job until they see your Id's and that I have registered with them. I wonder sometimes what they do with my personal info filed away in their archives and I did not get employment from their agency. The staffing agencies are working with the employers and I find that when I send my resume directly to the employer it is more realistic. If the employer is interesed they will call and maybe ask me to come in for an interview but they do not ask for all the id's and paper work unless they are offering a job. Priyanka you have totally changed my perception of staffing agencies.
I think I have a little bit too much time on my hands and its over a week before I start my new job. Once again I would like to say thank you, thank you so much!!!!!!!
