(September 27, 2021, 6:33 pm)It was an okay but an awkward experience. Was told to drop off the package for returning here, dropped it at the door. Package was not protected or anything and could've easily been stolen by someone. Nothing against the people running the place but having a proper, protected drop off area is a little more professional.

Maricel Mandoza at Citilogistics Inc. went above and beyond by sending a detailed email to Canada Post, regards to my complaint. Canada Post would"t issue a refund, because they said the item was delivered. Maricel checked my tracking number and verified that package was not delivered at this location.Canada Post received verification from Citilogistics Inc, my refund was issued immediately.
