(August 17, 2020, 7:00 pm)Quick & easy to order online (only a couple days before I needed the balloons too). Balloons were beautiful, and customer service was super friendly! I requested a couple balloon swaps from a pre-arranged bouquet and they were happy to accommodate, and it turned out perfectly! Will definitely be back when I need balloons next!

(January 3, 2020, 12:53 am)Excellent customer service! They helped me pick out balloons that would go perfectly with my daughters dinosaur theme. Very patient and kind. The balloons that were ordered for my daughters birthday still look great a week later.

I had been calling back and forth between the two stores to both inquire about a balloon delivery and then later to place a pick up order (too far and short notice for delivery). Each time I spoke to the two sisters and another guy they were very polite and extremely helpful. I placed the order over the phone at the Bathurst location for pick up but had to change the puck up location and they had no issues accommodating that. The order was ready by the time I got there and the lady helped me get them in the car. One of the foil balloons didn't make it home as I suspect it got cut by my big #2 balloon and later realized I was short two rainbow latex balloons but in the end I didn't miss them at all and I never checked the order when I picked it up so whatever, not a big deal. Their balloons are so pretty and I am very happy with their selection and service I will definitely go here again in the future.
