They're one of my favourite bakeries in the west end for soft and delicate Chinese buns. The buns are always fresh as they're baked on site. The shop is located inside Dixie Value Mall. The owners are super friendly and nice. During COVID, they take your order and pack the buns for you from the back, so it's very clean and safe.
If you go, definitely try their sugar buns, custard buns, egg custard tarts, pineapple buns, and coconut buns. They're some of the best. I just had a cottony-soft sugar bun fresh and hot out of their oven. Absolutely delicious. -

(August 20, 2018, 7:57 pm)Great experience every time!! I used to work at Dixie at some point and would usually get a little something from Kin-Kin. Now I still stop by this mall every once in a while and this bakery is still just as great! Freshly baked bread, pastries, etc every day; great variety of both salty and sweet goodies. The smoothies, bubble tea, and such are just as fresh and delicious. Also, NEED to mention how nice and attentive the staff is. They always have a smile on their faces, they seem to be glad to help, their service is fast too. The place is very clean, organized, and always full of their great baked goods!
