(August 21, 2018, 3:33 pm)After looking all over the place for an OLD Skool Canvas Shoes, I went at Journeys and was welcomed by Ashley with a smile. The issue ... always no available size for the shoes I'm looking for. Ashley was very understanding and provided us an option. After showing us the sizes of the shoes that will fit my daughter and provided us an option of ordering the shoes with 4 business days delivery ... I decided to go for it. She also gave us a $5 rebate for shipping (paid $1 for shipping only). After 1 business day, I got the shoe my daughter wanted for school, what a prompt delivery! Thank you Ashley for a job well done. Really appreciated all your help Thank you Journeys for an awesome shopping experience. Two thumbs up for Ashley.

(June 19, 2018, 12:16 pm)I recently bought a couple pairs of Vans at this store and I was appreciative for the level of welcoming customer service I received. It was the assisted general manager (cant remember her name) that helped me with my shoes. She was knowledgeable and kind, and somehow convinced me that buying two pairs was better than just one. I'm actually so grateful I bought the second pair though because they are my favourite ones. I enjoy walking into a store and being greeted with a warm smile. She was someone who offered assistance right away and was willing to be patient as I made my decisions. I appreciate good customer service. Well done!
