Being new to yoga I thought I may feel intimidated , however the teachers created a friendly atmosphere, were knowledgeable and patient with us. I have graduated this course with confidence to practice and teach yoga! Thank you for this wonderful experience Renu, Tony and Cristina!!!

(April 5, 2022, 10:14 pm)This is my first pregnancy and with covid (stuck at home) I wanted an opportunity to practice prenatal yoga in a safe environment. I signed up for prenatal yoga sessions and it was simply amazing! The yoga instructor, Afrinda is very experienced and knowledgeable. I've been able to learn safe postures to help with my pregnancy, practice breathing exercises, and able to learn different stretches on the Pilates ball. It also gave me the opportunity to leave the house and feeling the mommy vibes in class. The studio is beautiful, modern and calming. So happy I found this place!

(March 22, 2022, 2:25 pm)I used to do yoga in another studio, but after getting to know this studio, I decided to stay here: the teachers are very professional, individual approach, not crowded and good location. Took a few yoga classes after a long break - enjoyed them and feel good.
What I like also about this studio is that there are different exercises: Pilates, yoga, bodybuilder. I came to the studio two years before the pandemic. I'm glad that after being closed for over 12 months, the owner - Renu found a way to keep the studio and I'm happy to be back. Highly recommended place. -
