I went to so many stores ..but I found there product and deals much better and went ahead with my buying .... Now about my experience.. it was so good , product was delivered on time and had one issue with my bed head board but they resolved it in 2 days and replaced it for us . Reason for writing this review is I liked the way they handled the situation and all follow ups with us ... And I love my canadian made couches got from them. Thanks 😊 furniture Giant

(November 22, 2020, 5:45 pm)Update.. Seat replaced with HD foam and latches were installed installed without measuring the height, Did it myself. (Got the sofa on time. The locking latch were installed without any measurements, I had to figure it out to keep sofa locked in place. We asked for High density foam seats, one seat is way too soft, inform the store 1 month ago, right after the delivery, never got any update nor call back after my several phone calls.)
