Very friendly staff and helpful
Really friendly staff ans easy process
Went 1 hour before closing. Guy at the gate told me where to go. Eventually went to the customs office, told them I wanted to self clear my cell phone from China and around 10-15 minutes later I was done!
Much cheaper than paying those outrageous brokerage fees from DHL!
I had no problems myself, but maybe if you go during a busy day or time you may not have as good of an experience.
