  Job well done! I had a very annoying dent on my brand new car (attached a before-and-after image). I shopped around until I found Fix Auto (the Mississauga East franchise). I spoke with Sam from there and he was extremely helpful. Provided a reasonable quote, an appointment booking, rent-a-car arrangement, and at the end... the job was completed on the day promised. I can't be happier with my choice to use Fix Auto Mississauga East. I found them to be honest, transparent and very much straight forward.

  They took our van which was damaged in the car wash on short notice and gave us a replacement car big enough to suit our needs immediately. The owner Mr. Milo Chelby and his son Sam were very helpful and understanding, as well they ensured that the back window that all the damage to the back window and spoiler was properly addressed. I would like to especially thank Mr. Tom and his associate for helping clean all the pieces of broken glass from the back window which were still stuck in the back door and kept falling in the car, using the vacuum and air hose, they did the job patiently to ensure that we had no trouble with the broken glass pieces later on as we have small children and this is our family car. Mr. Tom also has very good expertise and helped me understand what had been done to repair the damage and the probable cause of the damage as well. Thank you for your service Fix Auto!

  I have unfortunately had several not at fault accidents with my car. I have always brought my car to this location. From the moment I arrive to the time I pick up my vehicle, I know I never have to worry. The team here goes over and above to make sure their customers are satisfied and that the job is always done right the first time. I will always continue to bring my vehicles here and will always recommend this location to my friends and family.
