My vehicle was recently involved in an accident. When you are involved in an accident, it becomes extremely difficult to decide on who is going to best fix or repair the damage on your vehicle the most sincere and honest way. This time I decided to reach out to my dealership who in turn provided me with a name of a representative from Unique Auto Collision in Mississauga. Someone was to reach out to me shortly after. Literally, seconds after calling the dealership Mr. Riaz M. reached out to me in order to ensure that all those involved were doing well. I automatically drew a like to this sincere and lovely gentleman. One of my main stipulations was to ensure that no aftermarket parts were to be used on my vehicle. It was amazing to know that without even mentioning anything Riaz brought up that exact statement and right away ensured me that only OEM parts would be used on my vehicle. Following day a thorough review of the damage was looked at by Riaz and a rental car was automatically provided for me. Riaz mentioned right off the bat that the adjuster would review the damage and that he would keep me posted. Riaz informed me every step of the way even when a slight delay occurred when required parts were on back order. Riaz even ensured that previous concerns which I had with my vehicle were addressed and fixed to my liking. Final product a car that look brand new once again the interior was cleaned and Unique Auto Collision also washed the exterior of my vehicle. Being involved in an accident is no fun, but I definitely know going forward that any damage which needs to be repaired on any of my vehicles the first choice will be Unique Auto Collision * * * * * (FIVE STAR RATING). From pickup to drop off this was by far the best customer service experience I've ever received. Riaz was fast, efficient and very professional...my car was in good hands. Hands downs the best auto repair shop! Being my first accident, I wasnt sure of the proper steps to take. Hamlet went above and beyond, from beginning to end explaining everything, including dealing with insurance. I walked out of there with a brand new looking car! This review is a few weeks late, but I dealt with Hamlet. Awesome guy. He took a look at my car, went through what was going on with my system, and helped me sort everything out. I appreciated that after everything was fixed on my vehicle, he patiently went through what was going wrong internally.
