  From our initial consultation until competed installation the showroom staff and installers were very professional and extremely helpful.
  We could not be happier with our fireplace and stone surround. It has added warmth and comfort to our living room.

  Just had my gas log installed by Ontario Hearth this morning. Upon confirming the order, the delivery and scheduling of the installation was immediate. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional in their work. All of my questions were answered in detail, and they had my gas log installed and running in less than 3 hours. Although I initially had a few hiccups nailing down the cost and installation details, in the end they came through for me and did a great job and I’m very pleased with the results.

  We recently completed a new build home in Burlington. We contacted Ontario Hearth Fireplaces based on a strong recommendation from one of our other contractors. From first contact to a working fireplace took approximately a year and Charles and the team were with us the whole way. I couldn't be happier and the finished product is beautiful.

  I bought FP from here and they installed it ok but never told me they will not be servicing it after I bought it. I would have bought elsewhere for sure because when we have to use one company to buy and another to fix /maintain 2 people will always blame each other when there are problems. After 1 year warranty - they don't service what you bought anymore - you should know this and I wish I knew that too.

  We love Ontario Hearth Fireplaces Ltd. For quite a few months we have been looking everywhere for advice on our gas insert. to hook it to a remote fire starter. Most advice we got was to buy a more updated gas fireplace insert that came with a remote. $3000.00+. Only Ontario Hearth sold us the Automatic system, approx 130.00.
  We had not used the fireplace for over 15 years and the owner dropped in to show us how to use set it up and use the remote.
  We are getting older each year and we needed a remote rather than sitting on the floor to start our fireplace. Ontario Hearth on Laird solved this for us within 5 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
