It was refreshing to be able to work with female sales person while buying a vehicle - something that I think buyers experience far too infrequently. Rani was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, and she worked late hours and even from home while I was in the shopping process. The team made me feel welcome and in good hands the whole time and I look forward to the duration of my lease with our new Tiguan.

Samson was amazing at guiding me through what was done and what needs to be done in the future in order to remove any panic. I recommend any VW work to be done here. 10/10

Sharon was patient while we weighed out all our options between trims (thanks for answering countless questions) and most importantly, seemed genuinely excited for us when we finally did make our purchase. Sales consultant Ilham Nizous was polite, helpful and most accommodating. He made sure to answer all of my questions patiently and I never felt rushed in my decision. Knowing I had driven from two hours away, he was extremely conscious of my time. Even though I wasn’t purchasing a brand new vehicle, I was still treated as a valued VW customer. I am extremely happy with my Volkswagen. ?
