I have always had great experience with this UPS store. The owner Renuka is great and very professional. She is very accommodating if you need a fast print job. My work place has been going to this store for years. We recently moved so unfortunately we are not able to go to them as much however I always come here if I need to print important or complicated print jobs because I know they will provide excellent service.

Had a great experience with the owners today. As outlined in previous reviews, this IS NOT a UPS store. Tom and his wife do a great job following the rules set out, and really try to keep you happy. I had an unfortunate mishap with a package, and they calmly dealt with it by calling UPS customer care, and we were able to find a resolution. Thank you for holding my package safely and securely!! :)
