He presented all options, made suggestions, and ensured I was completely happy with my choice. I had to have the sleeves shortened a little, and as I’m in town in business, he offered to drop the coat off for me at my airport-area hotel once it was completed, just to save me time. He was professional and client-focused. Many thanks!
