(October 5, 2021, 6:36 am)On sunday sept 26, I did hijama for the first time as I was having a very bad migraine for the past 3 days. The hijama process is a little bit painful it feels like a bee sting but when the cups are put on its very soothing. The pain only lasts 1-2 seconds. After I was done my hijama the migraine disappeared immediately, I was so surprised, I felt like my body was clean from the toxins and my mind was clear and free. I highly recommend hijama to anyone who's having unexplained health problems like migraine. I will definitely be going every 6 months or so to do hijama.
