(August 25, 2020, 4:09 am)Extremely pleasant experience! If you're thinking about going to a bigger, more well-known company, I encourage you to reconsider. This was my first visit to Visions but it will certainly not be my last.
The team is friendly, knowledgable, and actually cares about helping you find what you're looking for (not in a pushy, sales-oriented way). They price match (and beat competitors by 15% the difference) and are willing to negotiate prices as well.
Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase (TV wasn't what I expected it to be), however, the process took 2 minutes and caused no headaches at all. Their return policy is stellar (open box, no problem) and their warranty (should you choose to get it) is a great option.
As soon as I figure out what TV I want I will be back to Visions because they deserve the business. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

(July 30, 2020, 4:20 am)We've only just gotten our AC yesterday, so this review may be qualified later, but so far, it has been great! The setup is fairly easy, but requires some level of carpentry skill (read: hacksaw to size the plastic board for the exhaust to your window's size, if your window is not standard). The AC unit itself is powerful, and cools the bedroom of about 150 sq feet, but the rest of the apartment is taking way longer; but we can definitely feel its effects, so hopefully the place cools better soon. Not as noisy as some people have said (though our old window AC sounded like a broken jet plane on its last wings, so this is a joy compared to that). It is HEAVY, so fair warning. All in all, a nice little AC, and a great alternative to having to wait for someone to come and install a window unit.
Store and service were good, too. :) Fast, efficient service, though the rep didn't seem to know much about the AC we were buying. -

(May 7, 2020, 11:21 pm)I was worried about how I was going to get service with the covid crisis but Hanar (sp hopefully spelled his name right) sales rep was very helpful through the process of buying my Sonos sub. Very happy to be buying from them and will buy again very soon. He also gave me a great deal on the product with warranty !
