(August 28, 2020, 3:51 pm)I was looking for good quality Canadian made sofa that was reasonably priced. I tried some stores but most of the sofas are either not made in Canada. Even if they are, they are overly priced. Chesterfield sofas were comfortable, they usually have some sales going on like tax free, and 10 % Or so more going on. They have a really good variety and I was able to get a good sofa and loveseat around $3000 with gel cushions upgrade. The most important thing is the excellent service you get whether it’s by phone or email. Jim, the operational manager is wonderful if you email him and responds within minutes. The Mississauga location has a good staff and usually it’s Dennis who greets customers as they walk in the doors and everyone in the store is knowledgeable. There is options of leather colours . Our product has not arrived yet and I will write another review but I liked how a live person picks up the phone and answers your queries and the emails to Jim were responded quickly. He is always eager to help you in any way. If I am getting good quality, good service, good price, made locally, why would I go anywhere else. I made price comparisons with other stores. I would write another review after actually receiving and using the product. Thank you Jim and Staff at Mississauga location; especially Dennis.

About 6 weeks lead time from ordering to delivery ($135). Frequent sales with 5% off and no tax. We were helped by Tony who gave us a nice no-pressure shopping experience.

(February 21, 2018, 8:07 pm)Great store that's a little more higher quality than places like The Brick/Bad Boy/leons. Service waa great and they have a ton of fabric to chose from cheap prices (15-25) to moderate ( 30-50 ) to high end (70+). Delivery is provided in 8 weeks and if you order a sofa bed the bed is given 5 year warranty. 100 dollar delivery cost and they remove your old sofa for free. I purchased a Simmons sofa bed with custom fabric and am very pleased.
