I didn't have much information on my hot tub, but with a couple photos, Alex and Peter were able to identify exactly what I required (and even upgraded my cover cleaner) in less than a day. Their knowledge and willingness to help is so greatly appreciated, and they went over and above to ensure my order arrived smoothly. Thank you to everyone who took part in my order - my hot tub is back up to 100% again, and it's all thanks to you :)

This was big deal for us and we found Mike McBride to be very knowledgeable and generous with both his experience and time. Mike eased the process of buying and maintaining our new Coast product, which we are delighted with. We found Mike's guidance to stand the test of time and appreciated his replies to all our e-mails.
