I called out of desperation when my steering wheel would not turn, CAA had hours long wait, I called Capitol to ask if I could purchase power steering fluid, the kind gentleman at Capitol told me I could have some for free!
I later went back for a repair which was done quickly and did not cost as much as I expected.
HE also gave me the name of a towing company who arrived in ten minutes!
