Six years ago, Charlene De Silva helped my husband and I find our first home, a house that suited all of our needs at the time. Three years ago when I was pregnant with our first child, we decided we needed a larger home. She narrowed down the long list of properties we had viewed online and wanted to see, to a short list of quality properties that fit all our criteria.  A lot of time and frustration was saved, and we were able to find exactly what we wanted after only a half dozen outings.

Charlene helped us sell our house and purchase our dream house in 2017. Charlene was extremely attentive and paid very close attention to detail when helping us search for our dream home. We’re convinced that the level of professionalism Charlene demonstrated and put into listing our house that it directly translated into buyer interest and a quick sale. We were nothing short of thrilled on our purchase and sale. We loved working with Charlene (and our kids did too). On top of her experience and knowledge, Charlene has a great personality and she’s really easy to get along with. Charlene was a great real estate agent to work with. My favorite part of working with Charlene was her instant communication skills!! No matter when or how I tried to get in touch with her, she would call or text or email instantly with a response; and if she was busy she would let me know when to expect a response or answer to my inquiry and would always follow up as promised.

As first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what we were doing and had a lot of questions. Charlene was so supportive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. She showed us a quite a few condos that varied in size and layout, allowing us to figure out what was going to be best for us.
