(May 13, 2019, 8:51 pm)The Inder Singh Real Estate group did an excellent job in helping us purchase our first home, they helped guide us through the entire process and had excellent recommendations for anything we needed along the way. The team was very diligent with all the paperwork and communicated with us effectively. They also did research on the area of the home we purchased and helped provide us with information on schools, parks and other things in the community. After the closing of the home we also received a gift from the team which was very much appreciated.
The team was able to negotiate a great price on the purchase of the home and we were very happy with the whole purchasing process. I would highly recommend this team as they have a great customer service focus! -

(December 15, 2017, 9:07 pm)We are glad we decided to get Inder on board as our agent for buy and sell transactions, he explained that his job is more “service” than “sales”. As our Realtor, he helped us sell our house at the best possible price in stressed market situation and assisted us to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price.
He was patient and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house sale and purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
