(February 16, 2018, 4:42 pm)Order of beautiful roses left on the front porch where water was running off the roof. Requested special delivery, there was no call or response that delivery couldn't be honored. Re-checked the bouquet; ordered 16 Premium Roses and received 12 - was charged for 16. The shop will not make it right, will never do business with them again.
New Post - George stopped by personally last night to apologize that his shop failed to address my issues and delivered a beautiful bouquet of tulips to show good faith. George said he will refund overcharges, still waiting for that. I respect a man that makes this effort and I believe he is an honorable person. Thanks George!! -
