(February 10, 2020, 8:40 pm)Heart Lake Flowers was fantastic. I needed a large funeral arrangement on 24 hours notice...... between Mother's Day & the long weekend. Karen put together a wonderful stand display. The heart shaped display was full of assorted flowers and was very colourful. The flowers were fresh and large and beyond my expectation if quantity and quality.

(October 5, 2018, 2:16 am)I recently had a bad experience with a well known florist in Toronto. I had ordered an arrangement for a funeral and the floral arrangement that I ordered came with dead flowers in it. I was horrified to say the least!
So this time I decided to ask the funeral parlour what florist they recommend and they told me about Heart Lake Flowers. I called and explained what happened to me previously and I was given the reassurance that this would not happen with their service. Heart Lake Flowers worked within my budget and even sent me a photo of the flowers being sent.
I was not able to go to the funeral and see the flowers. This immediately put my mind at ease!

The arrangement was not only stunning but the family sent me a message telling me how beautiful the flowers were!
