NICA from customer service deserves a huge raise. I had an issue with my three-year old Miele dishwasher. Turns out an olive was blocking a pump. She diagnosed the issue, carefully told me how to fix it, step-by-step, and then followed up with a lengthy email on further maintenance I want to do. She told me she doesn't want me to spend money on a tech visit unless absolutely necessary.
Polite, careful, honest. Perfect customer service experience. Truly a 5/5.
