(January 3, 2019, 1:55 pm)Sean was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and tactful. He wasn't pushy, and left you to chat when you needed to discuss with your partner. He described the construction of the mattresses with ease, as well as logistics for delivery.
I almost rated 4 stars though, because this other salesman walked in while we were paying, and he seemed pushy. So, no guarantees unless you get Sean... -

Its just like the old tv ads you hear "Sleep Country Canada Don't Buy A Mattress Anywere Else." Great employees and representatives. Instantly satified with purchase and quality here. -

(February 21, 2018, 2:17 pm)I was helped by staff members including robin and my experience was amazing. I spent 3 hrs there with no pressure to buy just answers. I now have the mattress that suits my needs thanks to these boys. The delivery was on time with professional movers who were Curtis and polite. I do recommend the warranty they offer cause you never know. Please visit this location and I will guarantee you will have the same experience that me and my wife received. I really am pleased and hope the president of this company reads these reviews so she knows how well they are doing for her company. I actually said to the man that you guys don’t work on commissions because I never felt pressured. He convinced me that they did. Was surprised. Keep up the great work sleep country, with employees like this no wonder I wouldn’t buy a mattress anywhere else!!!!
