    I've been training BJJ here for a few months; also have been doing some private lessons with Coach Jose. It is a powerful place to grow. The skills you develop here are priceless; and the personal development you gain will change you.

    Fantastic school with a Martial spirit. Look no further if you are looking for the real-deal.

    Amazing school for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Coach Jose is a gem of a human being and coach, and will listen to each student while catering his teaching style to be extremely accommodating. He has a pedigree in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and that is what you will be learning here. Even if you think you're out of shape or that BJJ is out of your comfort zone, come out anyway and learn how to master your own body while becoming fit and learning crucial self-defense techniques at the same time. You won't regret it. This place feels like a school and not a "gym". Classes feel like classes.

    I've been training here since the program first began. Jose has created a great space for people of various skill levels to learn, and improve. Definitely worth checking out!!
