My children have been involved with Niagara Flag Rugby for more than 5 years...a great organization and the coaches love the sport. Any person can play, even if you do not like to play sports, this non-contact sport appeals to anyone between the ages of 4-15. Having this sport offered in Grimsby, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Fort Erie also introduces children to peers within the Niagara Region who have similar interests as them.
My kids love it. It's a great sport. Flag rugby is safe and very good for beginners. My kids ĺike how the play go backwards everytime a flag is pulled. This gives time to catchip to the play.
