(November 29, 2019, 1:57 pm)Better Image Collision took every detail into account from start to finish. They did an amazing job at walking me through the process the second I walked into the door. I received phone calls to update me throughout and ensure that I was in the loop, as I was unfamiliar with what steps to take and when. When I picked up my SUV, it was spotless inside and out! It felt like a brand new car! The attention to detail in every aspect was amazing!

I had my car in an accident and was dealing with the insurance company (barely🙄) for 3 weeks and was in touch with Bertha here at Better Image, where my car was towed to, probably more than my insurance company. She is so very nice and helpful. She relieved some of my stress I was under due to my vehicle and awaiting cost of damages. I feel as if they were like long lost family members they treated me that good. I received my car back on May 10, 2019 and I can say my baby was fixed up real nice 👌. She looked perfect. Brand new actually! They cleaned my car and repaired the damages and I am just so beyond grateful and ecstatic to have her home with me. It took a lot of work and patience for every one but I am blessed to have had a good experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much times a million for your excellent service and treatment Bertha and friends!!! I hope my car never has to visit again but if she does, I know she will be in superb hands 😁😁😍 cheers xo
