Although I probably bothered these guys for three days straight they were nothing but kind and understanding.
My issue was getting a shoei neotec 2 helmet. But due to return policy and and wrong shaped head. The constant ordering and the amazing offers put everything into perspective for me
This is one of the best companies around for motorcycle gear and service. Will go above and beyond for you. -

The one worker (i don't remember his name) was so nice and patient with me, it was overall a great experience and I definitely recommend checking clare's out for all your bike/ off-roading needs. -

(February 26, 2019, 10:42 pm)I moved away but still use Clare's for my main source of KTM parts for my bikes. I recently made my first purchase through them and got my little girl a pw50, the purchase was seamless and they had everything ready for me when I had come down to get the bike so I didn't spend much time there. Darin is sales is my go to, he's easy to take with and is a go getter, always digging deep and finding out an answer to any inquiries you may have. The one problem I have is with service department. I've asked if they would tune a carb for my tc85 husky as I have just put a full FMF on it. The lady I spoke with seemed insulted that I even asked, and stated that there's zero correlation between husky and KTM as if it were Honda and kawasaki. I didn't realize a carb was so hard to tune for them, and they don't want my money. I called around to the KTM dealer in my city, and they didn't even question me and said they'd be able to in just over an hour's time. Clare's is great for purchases , but horrible for their service department from what I've experienced so far.
