    Just bought a car from Jaime and she was an excellent salesperson, not pushy and was extremely helpful and patient, I would highly recommend seeing Jaime for the purchase of your next vehicle. She is very honest and upfront about each vehicle and their histories and made the purchase an easy choice as she was so transparent.

    I had the pleasure to have met Jaime who was a very charismatic, engaging and intelligent salesperson. Jamie was very knowledgeable and thorough in each vehicle she showed me and it was a pleasure buying my car from her. The exceptional courtesy from Jaime was outstanding as she treated me as a member of her own family ensuring I understood each function of my new car before leaving her lot.     I have chosen to edit my review and advise that I heard directly from management and have been assured that issues that have arose will be handled accordingly by the service department. I can appreciate when a company takes responsibility for mistakes and I can assure you my confidence in Central Auto will begin to change for the better. Second chances do not come often but everyone is human and I believe speaking up is the only way for change to occur.

    Purchased my car about 3 months ago from Central Auto. Within the first 2 days of having it the washer lines froze up and they claimed the previous owners must have put summer fluid in it.. I am pretty sure that when you safety and certify a car you should likely drain fluids to check, I am certainly not car savvy but this seems like the safe thing to do. They did fix it but that did not help me while I was on the highway on a snowy, salted road with no working washer’s. The process of purchasing was not a walk in the park either. They only have one person working there that knows how to get a bill of sale together and it took my insurance company 4 phone calls to get everything sorted out. I had to take my car in for service on Monday because there was a loud noise coming from the back. They told me it was something to do with the suspension and the extended warranty I purchased did not cover it.. go figure.. watch what you purchase as warranty from them. Either way, I phone today to see when my car would be done since I need it for work, and I was told my car was done yesterday yet no one called me to tell me it was done.. this is ridiculous. I find my entire experience to be completely unprofessional and I would expect way more from any business running in a small town or any business for that matter. I would definitely caution you from purchasing from Central Auto and also using their service department.

    I purchased my car here, and had an amazing experience with Central Auto Niagara. We worked with Peter, and he was outstanding. I was never pressured by anyone, and everyone worked hard to make sure we were getting the best fit. There were some issues with the car and they were very transparent about them, and fixed everything before we got it.
    Love my car! Would highly recommend this dealership!

    I bought my first car this week at Central Auto Niagara and was helped by Jaime. She was super helpful, walked me through all the details I needed to know, and was so friendly and genuine which made the whole experience awesome. She was upfront and honest, and I felt confident in putting my trust in purchasing from this dealership (the dealership was also recommended to me by someone I trust, who has known the company and everyone who works there for years now). Jaime went above and beyond in explaining every single detail/button/knob/gadget in the car when I asked her to give me the run down of how it all works, it's very clear that she really cares about her customers. I'm loving my new car, it's in great condition, and I would definitely recommend both Central Auto Niagara and Jaime to my friends and family.
