    BEST SERVICE EVER!!!
Joe is one amazing guy! I live here in Hamilton and had a problem with my pool heater and he saved me tones of money and time. Long story short, I had a broken bolt in the heat exchange and he was only suppose to come and look at it and give me a quote for the job. Well instead, he stayed and ended up fixing it. So good!
Can't thank him enough. THANK YOU JOE!

Why are you looking elsewhere??? Joe came to my home to inspect a Fireplace that was giving off an obnoxious odor. Originally I had used another well known "Fireplace" company to come out to my home to service my fireplace and get it up and running when I moved in 2 yrs. ago. Since that time, this odor was unbearable and I was told by the original company "oh, that's just the burn off you're smelling" I made many a phone call to them and going in in person saying "there is something wrong" but the only answer I was getting was, it's the oils burning off" Hence for 2 yrs. I have never been able to use this beautiful fireplace.
I called Camo and spoke to Joe telling him my tale of woe. Joe came out pulled off the screen in front of the glass and the glass fell right out because it had only been "leaning" on the screen. It had never be re-installed properly. So every time I tried to do a "burn off" I was inhaling "poisonous" fumes. So, it was not a "burn off" issue, but an issue where the technician did not do his job properly and did not seal the unit. Joe did every test required, repaired the seal, secured the glass and I now have the use of a lovely fireplace. Joe is so knowledgeable about his area of expertise. I was impressed with him on the phone before he ever even came out to my home. I will stop now because there are just not enough positive words to say about this man. Definitely give him a call to see if he can resolve your issues. You won't be sorry

Joe surpassed expectations and service level. I had previously engaged a well-reputed Niagara retailer to assist with service on my gas fireplace. The wires were loosely attached and easily detached when I attempted to turn the fireplace on internally. The fireplace was serviced and restarted but I was told by this technician that an entirely new insert was encouraged. When the pilot went out I contacted Camo Gas Repair. Joe was very responsive and offered a service call the same week. He did a full assessment and diagnosis, cleaned components etc. I was most appreciative as he explained what had transpired and made some recommendations, even on the simplest of things like the position of the doors that I'd not considered. He also recommended a remote so that the opportunity to dislodge wiring, and primarily avoid burns, were avoided. Brilliant! He returned at a later date, at no additional cost for service, to install the component/sensor and provide the remote. If I can add only one further compliment it would be that Joe is professional and highly knowledgeable but what sets him apart is that this is his business and he reminds me more of old school values and service than I'd found elsewhere in the past. There is pride of ownership, accountability and above all, he is so very down-to-earth and personable. This is a win-win customer-centered business. Thank you Joe.

Joe recently fixed my fireplace that has been out of commission for 3 years. I know it was a challenge for him as it was not an easy fix, but Joe is in a league of his own. Unlike the two different repairmen I had look at it in the past who said they couldn’t fix it, Joe was up for the task. He takes great pride in his work and is a man of integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Joe was very thorough and helpful in explaining the process of what he was doing while repairing our gas fireplace. He is very knowledgeable in this service industry and had the courtesy of calling ahead of time to let us know when he would be arriving. We were pleased with the results of his work. It all took less than an hour and a half. His rates are quite reasonable. Thank you Joe.
