Paul, who was my Service Man both times, is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and considerate, with a great sense of humour. He offered a choice for repair parts, explaining fully the pros and cons of each choice. There was no pressure, just facts. I can recommend Blue Ribbon Appliance Service with confidence. Ask for Paul.

Service man (Paul) was top notch, explained to me the possible causes and showed me the issue after his diagnosis. Dont hesitate to call Blue Ribbon for your appliance repairs. Price was more than reasonable. Added them to my phone contacts for the future. ??

(July 10, 2020, 5:11 pm)A couple of repairs.....for the time they put in they didn't charge accordingly. They helped out with used parts to keep costs down. The guys are very decent. Their new prices seem to be well in line with big box stores and have better service.

(December 10, 2019, 3:40 am)Fantastic customer service!! I called on a Monday morning and same day they were able to get someone to come out and assess our dishwasher. Paul was SUPER professional, calm and informative. Having worked with Sears for many years, his experience really showed. Our pup Wilbur loved him too! He was able to find the root of the problem and showed me everything so I understood. No nickel and diming here... very honest and great pricing. We highly recommend this company and especially Paul!!!
