(February 1, 2018, 7:42 pm)I've been training at True North Training since 2015. Kirstyn knows his stuff. The workouts are well structured. What's more impressive is that the warm ups really focus on flexibility and mobility ... they don't have you just lift a bunch of weights. My sessions with Andrew were challenging as well. You're in good hands here!

I am a busy mother with three young kids and I work shift work- I am always able to find a suitable time slot to schedule my "Ladies Get Lean" class. The classes themselves are different each time- they truly are a full body workout. The coaches at TNT are knowledgeable on safe exercise practices and are always enthusiastic. I look forward to my days at TNT. I feel stronger than I have in years. I would highly recommend TNT to everyone. I make the drive from Smithville and it is TOTALLY worth it!!!

(August 24, 2016, 11:25 pm)Great, positive atmosphere every single day at True North Training. I always feel that I'm achieving my goals and pushed to my limits every day. I wake up looking forward to hit the gym as Coach Carruthers and Coach Barry keep the workouts fun, tough, and safe! It is something I recommend to any person who wants to live a better life style. Athletes will gain the confidence, strength, and edge to be the best they can be at their sport. People looking to achieve goals of their own will reach them with the coaches guidance and your own drive! True North Training gives you the opportunity to be great!
