(April 10, 2019, 4:36 pm)Squat rack can get a little crowded at times. Lots of cardio machines. Friendly staff. Little pricey but they can provide financial support if needed. Horrible parking layout though it's really terrible walking through that dinky little pathway in the winter at -20C weather conditions. I'm not entirely certain about the building plans but why couldn't they put the parking in the front? The curvy drive into the parking lot is also terrible. It cant fit two cars through it at the same time so usually one will have to wait so one can come through.

(February 10, 2019, 2:00 pm)Friendly staff, clean environment. A good selection of free weights and machines. They have a nice indoor running track and pool. Check the daycare hours is you have young children.
