(March 5, 2021, 5:02 am)I admit I thought that since it's an Optical Service in Walmart that it might be not great quality. They set me up with an appointment quickly and even me of a cancellation before my appointment if I was available. They had strong COVID prevention procedures, the service was great, my comfort was even attended to with all the stuff going on. The Optician even patiently explained my prescription to me so I know what all those numbers on my prescription actually mean lol. I am very impressed, I will be returning next time I need my eyes checked. Although, I think that $280+ for 2 sets of glasses is a bit steep compared to some other online sources. Overall, 4/5.

(November 30, 2019, 11:04 pm)Frieda has been amazing from start to finish. She has gone above and beyond to help me find the right glasses. I will definitely upgrade my glasses there in the future and would highly recommend it to others. She's super helpful and not pushy at all.
