My family goes to Sheddon medical and we have been very happy with the service and the attention of the doctors and nurses here. Appointments on time and even phone calls to update results and make sure we are ok. Really impressed with everything. They even have a nice walk in clinic after hours for patients that need urgent consults and cannot book regular hours.
My whole family goes there. Totally trust them. You have to wait sometimes but that’s because they never rush you. Faster doesn’t always me better care.
I've been going to Sheddon Medical for almost 20 years. My doctor, Dr. St. James, is fantastic and has been so kind and knowledgeable with me and my family through many medical issues. I have seen many of the doctors there on an emergency basis or in their walk in clinic, and they have all been kind and thorough. Sometimes I have to wait to see my doctor, but the level of care I get is worth it. I don't mind waiting, because I know other people have had to wait while my doctor spent time with me to carefully identify and diagnose a problem.
