I was scheduled to have a 3000 graft FUE with an Ottawa well-known surgeon on Oct 3rd 2018. Unfortunately, he was not the one that analyzed my hair texture and donor area prior to the surgery. Everything was done by one of his consultants and I didn't see the surgeon until the day before the surgery. When I finally met him, he was very rude and he told me that he could only harvest 1100 grafts and that my donor area was very bad. He told me there was nothing to do and recommended me to cancel everything and just accept the fact that I would become bald in a couple of years. I was completely shocked and in panic mode. I cancelled the surgery (he only gave me back 50% of my 1500$ deposit), and called Dr Jones clinic in Oakville. I managed to get a quick appointment for a consultation and I flew there early the next day.
Dr. Jones and his team welcomed me with open arms. Since my donor area was not very good, Dr Jones suggested a 3000 grafts FUT and was very confident that he could give me back a full head of hair. He even offered me to have the surgery the next day!!! The clinic was supposed to be closed that day and he was fully booked for the next 4 months.
I slept in Oakville and underwent a 3000 graft FUT + PRP the next day (October 4th 2018). He opened the clinic for me and brought his team for a 7 hour procedure! I am now at 6.5 months post-op and the results are already AMAZING and natural! The final results will be visible after 12 months. The scar is barely visible! I am not the same and my confidence came back! It was so hard to lose my hair at such a young age (27 years old) Dr. Jones changed my life! I can't wait to go see him for another surgery for the crown area. I recommend him to everyone who is balding. Don't hesitate! It is a life changing procedure and Dr Jones is the best at what he does!

The results of my 1st procedure are AMAZING! My hairline looks so natural. I just went back for a second procedure for the crown area on Sep 10th 2019. I am very confident that the results of this 2nd procedure will be as amazing as the first one. Dr Jones is the best! World-class surgeon. He also has a lovely team that works with him. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

I had my cosult with Dr. Jones in March/2019 and my surgery with Dr. Huber on April 2nd/2019. I am very pleased with the results also with the entire experience. The clinic is like a hospital setting with great doctors also great nurses, total professionals.

I always grew up with a thick, full head of hair. Almost 40 now, I started seeing a noticeable difference in the appearance of my hair within the past 2-3 years. Slowly losing some confidence, I stsrted looking for alternative hair growth solutions. I tried everything that came in bottles and experimented with different hair styles to cover the bald spots; nothing worked.

After doing months of research and speaking to a few hair professionals in the city, I decided that it was time to move forward with my hair loss procedure. I spoke to many professionals in the industry and read hundreds of reviews. I decided it was best to partner with Dr. Huber and Dr. Jones. Dr. Huber conducted my 3000 graft FUE procedure back in September 2018. The procedure was long but, worth every minute. Dr. Huber and the team of nurses were easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and always made my comfort their priority. I appreciate the time Dr. Huber took to map out and explain the entire process with me from begin to end. The nurses were all equally as efficient as they were comforting. Overall, the experience was great... again, expect to be there for a while, but in the hands of Dr. Huber and his team, it's worth every minute!

It's almost been a year now, and I feel way more confident than I was pre surgery. Dr. Huber was able to give me back my confidence, but more importantly, he gave me back my freedom of choice. I now can choose how to style my hair, choose how to cut my hair, and choose when to wear hats when I don't want to do either of the above!

My advice for anyone looking into proceeding with this surgery, is to do your research. Everyone is built differently and have different genetics, so you should expect your results to vary. Dr. Huber will tailor a strategy that works best for you and your expectations. You can't choose how or when your hair falls out, but you can choose who puts it back in. Dr. Huber is the best!

Dr. Huber is professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. My experience with him was nothing short of fantastic. I checked out him and another facility. He was always accessible for questions. There was a massive price difference between the two, even though they had come up with similar plans. Dr. Huber also had that personal touch with quick email correspondence (he also offered text though I didn't use it). The day of my 2000 FUE graft, the staff was very upbeat and professional. They took care of me in a way where I felt I had nothing to worry about. The whole team has a great dynamic. Everything went smoothly. I had follow-up phone calls and emails from the centre and from Dr. Huber just to make sure I was doing okay and answer any questions, multiple times in the ensuing weeks. I'm extremely satisfied. I should also add that I am a physician as well, and explored Dr. Huber's knowledge in this field - I came away fully confident that he really knows what he's doing and takes pride in the quality of his work.
