(May 25, 2021, 10:51 am)I wish to thank all of the wonderful staff that work in that office, the ladies that work there have a tremendous work load to track appointments and look after the scheduling of multiple doctors and patients.
I see negative reviews by some people who obviously have never worked in that service industry that have to provide services to so many people of different cultures and appease people of all their needs as if it’s a spa day. Try handling 40-50 people a day and accommodating all of their special needs from being of different cultures language barriers and so on.
My wife and I have both had the privilege of being looked after by Dr. Gamal Sief who is nothing short of a miracle worker. He even responded to an emergency on Christmas Eve without even thinking about his personal family needs met up with my son at the hospital and looked after him within minutes of receiving the call, that my friends speaks volumes to his dedication to his patients.
I must also thank Tareal, Stephanie Stacey and Sue and I’m sorry that I never met the rest of the staff personally but these ladies looked after us like we were family.
In closing I would say that in an over crowding system in this profession they all perform to their best abilities.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this office for services....especially Dr. Seif.

(July 28, 2020, 1:45 am)A quick note to express my appreciation to the staff of Oakville Eye Associates for the prompt attention to an issue relating to treatment of my glaucoma. The expedient resolution to an administrative problem between my pharmacy and health plan administrator was a direct result of the efforts of Dr. Bindlish and executive secretary Stacey, ensuring that the proper medication was being dispensed thereby minimizing any adverse reactions.
Indicative of the excellent care that I have always received at this office. -

(February 18, 2020, 3:29 pm)I found the wait time to be no longer than any other doctor's office and we didn't run into any issues with the receptionist/assistant. Dr. Seif was wonderful! He took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and used lots of comparable examples so that we fully understood what we were dealing with. He genuinely cared and we never felt rushed, even as we headed out after 6pm on a Friday night, on Valentine's Day. Thank you again Dr. Seif!

(January 7, 2020, 6:31 pm)I've been going here for two years, and Dr Bindlish is the first doctor to take the time to explain what is actually happening with my eyes. I've now had cataract surgery and correction and really happy with the results so far.
Yes, there can be waits in the office to see the doctor, but no more than other doctors, and certainly less than hospital clinic waits!
