She was non-judgmental when it came to what I eat on a regular basis and created a meal plan specifically for me and my dietary needs. Let me tell you, that’s not easy being gluten, dairy and meat free! She made sure to keep my fats low on a daily basis as well so I can lose weight. I am more than happy with everything overall and the follow-ups were very helpful. It was wonderful to have someone in your corner and I’ve been following the meal plan, got more energy and back at the gym. Thanks so much, Norine!

As a naturopathic doctor, I often refer patients to see her for nutritional counselling and support with setting up their eating patterns in a healthy and sustainable way. She is kind and approachable, and makes patients feel so comfortable with nutrition. She focuses on creating lasting changes (rather than quick fixes) through educating patients on food and improving their relationship to food and their body. I could not recommend her more!
