  Great environment and even better staff. The atmosphere was really positive. If you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, F45 Joshua Creek is definitely a facility to be a part of. The coaches are extremely motivating and help keep you on track and push you beyond what you're capable of. If you've ever considered or ever had personal training or tried working out on your own but seemed to fall short of your goals, I would highly recommend becoming a member here. I have never seen results like this in such little time while being engaged for every single work out.

  Great place to go to get strong love the helpfulness, I am overweight and this is helping me lighten up, I love going here it's so welcoming

  Amazing facility. Great trainers and awesome owners. Friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome, supported and informed. Challenging diverse HIIT workouts for any fitness level!

  What an amazing place! I signed up in October after a free 1 week trial. I am usually not a gym person. I have had gym memberships at Good Life and other Lifetime, but never really got into the workouts. But with F45 it is different. I love going to the gym. I do my 45 minute classes and feel great. I hate missing days, and have moved work around my workouts :).
  
  This location is really amazing because of the owners, Vanessa and Dan. They are always there to greet you at the door, and the trainers are very motivating. They make you want to do better for yourself. They push you but never over do it. They know how to motivate you.
  
  My fitness level was very poor to begin with three months ago. I am not quite where I want to be but I started to see results within 2 weeks. I am happier, healthier, and can chase my kids around without getting tired! I love this place!

  Amazing place! The trainers are so knowledgeable and support you no matter what level of fitness you are at. I love the wide variety of stations and exercises everyday, it never gets boring!! The facility is always clean and you can tell extra care is put into keeping it that way after every class. The owners are awesome! They always have a presence and know your name which offers a unique personal touch. My fitness level is very low but have thoroughly enjoyed my workouts. Oh, and I love the fact that there are no mirrors...anywhere:)
