(May 11, 2019, 11:33 pm)I purchased a not-so-cheap boutique pedal from mojo music - a jam pedals rattler. Peter, the owner had to custom order this for me.
Extremely responsive and clear communications (Peter’s response time was in minutes... not hours!) I could not have asked for better customer service really. Once he received my down payment through the payment of my choice, he placed the order right away, and notified me as soon as he got the pedal from his distributor. I paid the rest of the remaining amount, again through my choice of payment method, and had the pedal in my hands a couple of days later. He used the shipment method of my choice, and the packaging was very well done.
It is a pleasure doing business with mojo music and Peter, and I am pretty sure I will buy again from this store. Excellent shopping experience - 5 stars!
