I bought a projector and home theater receiver online from Eastporters during the pandemic. They were fast and easy to work with and allowed me to return a projector, with free shipping, when I decided I preferred another model. I was very impressed with my salesperson, Agape. Top notch service from start to finish. The guys at East Porters- Harrison and Conor helped me select a great projector system and worked within my budget. They accommodated to my needs and made suggestions that made a lot of sense. The installation was clean and professional. Gary and Jacob tirelessly worked until it was perfectly setup. They also took the time to walk us thru the whole system. 5 STARS!

We went to Eastporters recently and had an awesome experience. There are multiple theater-style rooms where you an try out their products including chairs, sofas and a/v equipment and everything seemed to be of really great quality. The is also noteworthy. Although they were a bit busy when we arrive, we were immediately acknowledged and take to a comfy chairs to relax. Our salesperson, Harrison Hudson, stayed with us the whole time, even as we waited, just chatting and trying to figure out what our individual needs were. He didn't try to push anything on us, bu we was very knowledgeable on all products and was happy to take the time to explain everything. He also let us take out time testing products and he was all-around a friendly person. We are looking forward to our new theater-style chairs and we will definitely be giving Eastporters more business in the future.

Very happy with my home theater purchase!

We just recently moved into our new home and have been looking forward to having a home theater. We did a lot of research into design and equipment, watched lots of videos and articles online that everyone is saying different things and its hard to find a source we can trust until we found Eastporters.

We visited their showrooms and they compared different kinds of projections, screens and chairs. They showed us and explained the difference between different equipment, we like their comparison between different video and sounds systems. This really helps us choose the setup that is best for us. We really liked what we saw in their showroom, so we decide to go with the setup that is very similar to one of theirs. Our setup is a JVC 4K projector with a screen that boosts image and you can still use it with lights on, we got the Dolbi Atmos setup from them and we also bought Valencia leather recliners at a great price to complete the theater room!

The installation process is very flexible and friendly, their crew came and took a day to finish the screen, projector and everything. They did a demo at the end to show us how things work, and we were really pleased to see everything coming together, audio video and we also got genuine motorized recliners from them. its been a few months and everything is flawless so far, if you are looking for home theater or audio video equipment's I would recommend you Eastporters for their excellent service and price!
