  I have been seeing Dr. Molly to address intestinal/gut issues, as well as my overall self-care/well being. I feel very relaxed and positive during my appointments. It's empowering to work with her on a plan that is making my body and mind feel SO much better. Dr. Molly's treatment plan is making a huge difference, both in terms of addressing the physical pain & discomfort I used to feel and how I am now able to enjoy my life so much more. Dr. Molly's office environment is uplifting, I never feel rushed, and she is extremely thorough.

  I like the fact that there is evidence-based information showing where I needed help, such as detailed blood tests, GI Mapping, urine tests etc.
  I am someone who wants scientific proof of where I am at and to see where my deficiencies were was mind blowing. I am 8-10 weeks into the process of sorting things out.
  Dr Molly is very ethical, a great listener, practical holistic approach and greatly empathetic.
  I have followed Dr. Molly's advice exactly and done what needs to be done - even crazy hot and cold showers (amazing!!!). I feel absolutely terrific already. I've had a huge turn around after suffering for years with recurrent Candida overgrowth, joint pain, IBS, always hot at night etc. and very grateful to have found her. Turns out, it’s not always what YOU think it is! I have adrenal, thyroid and the start of auto immune issues and had zero B1,B2 and B6 in my system (to mention a few). So go meet her, do this and get your mojo back!

  I have never left a review for a doctor before because I've never had reason to. (except if the wait time or treatment has been truly awful or something) I have been to more specialists that I can count trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with me and have been so annoyed with our system. I feel like I was just being passed off from person to person and not one of them actually listened to what I was telling them. I was told I had an autoimmune disease and given some ridiculously strong drugs (I still don't know what they do) and never told what the diagnosis was. Just that they thought I had one and it was probably lupus. I didn't even know what that was and no one took the time to explain it. After a year of this insanity I booked in with Dr. Scotchmer and she ran me thru her paces and did 2 big tests and checked me from head to toe. Not one of those specialists checked me out like she did. The tests were more expensive than I expected but it was worth it although I wish OHIP covered this sort of thing. In the end, I'm really glad we ran those tests. Turns out I am reacting to some mold in our house that I thought wasn't a big deal but actually is. All of this time and that's what it was. yes of course i'm relieve it's not lupus, but having to get rid of the mold in my body isn't so much fun either. But, I'm now just over 3 months in to the process and feeling better. The first first part was ok but the last few weeks were no walk in the park as we started to get rid of the mold but Dr. Scotchmer helped me thru them. I had a couple phone appointments in between my bigger appointments (why don't more docs offer these?) and figured some stuff out so i could manage what was coming up for me. Can't wait for this to be out of me, but I get that it's going to take a while. I'm so glad i've got Dr. Scotchmer on my side. She is the best.

  I am writing this testimonial for Dr. Molly Scotchmer N.D.
  Dr. Molly performed magic and miracles in our home. Our youngest son went to see her after a bout of food poisoning. She very quickly she ordered a series of tests to get to the bottom of why he still was feeling so unwell. Our G.P has prescribed antacids for the long haul which was not a solution, just a bandaid. Dr. Molly's tests came back positive for a bacteria that was causing the problem. Our youngest quickly started to feel better on her treatment plan, that also included making changes to his diet. He thinks Dr. Molly rocks!
  Our eldest son was a more challenging patient. He too has digestive issues, but was quite resistant to making any changes to his diet. After one visit to her, he came home inspired to make all the changes she recommended. That was a month ago. He is a changed man.

  I have been seeing Dr. Scotchmer for the past 10 months and I'm very pleased. My cholesterol has come down quite a bit and I'm feeling much better overall. It was my first time working with an ND and I feel like I have made the right choice. She is smart and thorough and she listens and she cares. That's important to me and why I will keep coming back. Highly recommend.
