The good
-my call for an wheels balancing appointment was answered promptly
-the appointment was scheduled for the same day, in 3 hours from the call
-job to be completed while customer is waiting was implied (not like 3 other business that had in their responses “drop off the vehicle and we’ll call when done”) !
-the job started in less than 10min after the vehicle was made available
-results of wheels balancing current readings were made available and potential solutions were discussed prior to actual balancing adjustments being applied
-Road Force equipment made the difference in this particular wheels balancing case. Two tires needed to be repositioned onto the wheels which resulted in a very good outcome - the vibrations felt only at high speed disappeared almost entirely
-very knowledgeable and polite front desk people
The “not so” good
-instructions to swap wheels based on tires thread size provided in 2 separate occasions (when the keys were dropped off and when the possible solutions were discussed) were missed, the wheels were installed in the same positions as they were found
-24 hours after the job the tires pressures was checked and all 4 tires were under-inflated by 3 to 5 psi
To conclude, I will continue to use Burning Rubber services only I will review the work done in more detail. -

(December 1, 2020, 4:21 am)Very professional team with the best prices around. They have a fancy waiting area and a clear passion for cars which is nice to see. I'd recommend this place to all locals. The new 18 inch black rims and winter tires look great + they threw in the BMW centre caps at no charge. Don't go anywhere else.

(November 6, 2020, 3:41 pm)The workmanship here is incredible and the price is very reasonable for the perfect quality of the work performed. I had an issue with the wheel balancing and two separate visits to the authorized dealer did not help. They ended up saying it's a fault with the tires. The guys at Burning rubber tire and speed diagnosed the issue with the wheel balancing and rectified it. The car's solid as a rock now on the highway.
On top of this, the staff here are very friendly and transparent with the work performed.
I'm never going anywhere else again. These guys rock. -

(November 2, 2020, 3:50 pm)I went to them to get my tires replaced for the winter and they were super helpful. They helped me find the best tire for my needs and gave me very good prices. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions. I was in and out super quick and have no concerns.
They really know what they're doing.
