Been using Doug for 10+ years. Very good service at more than fair rates. Wouldn't suggest bringing him any electrical issues as he struggles and doesn't have the equipment but for everything else....tires, brakes, exhaust, timing belts, OLF he is bang on and if he can't handle knows someone who can
My family has been buying used cars off of Doug for years. All of them have lasted a long time. He recently hooked me up with a used car and winter tires for a very reasonable price.
I can't speak for the Mazda 3 story above, only for my own experience. Doug had always treated me well. He gives me fair prices and even goes the extra mile to help me out sometimes. He's thrown in things for free a few times when he could have charged me extra and I've never left feeling ripped off.
He's pretty good with Japanese cars (Honda's in particular) and never tries to over charge me or rip me off (unlike some of the guys in the area). He also has some decent hookups for some used cars.
