(January 9, 2020, 5:22 pm)Awesome fitness studio. The owner is amazing, the coaches are top rate and it’s such a friendly and welcoming environment and community. Seeing people transforming their body’s and lives is so inspiring. And the workouts are fun, yet hard at the same time. Strongly recommend anyone at any fitness levels to try this place out.

(January 8, 2020, 9:36 pm)I really enjoy the workout at F45 Lakeshore, the trainers are all extremely helpful and friendly and their tips have definitely helped me with my form. It's a fun workout and getting it done in 45 minutes in the morning is perfect before starting a 9-5. It can be expensive, but in the end you will actually go and their workouts WORK.

The trainers there are absolutely amazing. All was pushing you to achieve your goals and helping you any chance they get. I recently participated in the F45 Challenge and it has changed my life. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to make a change. F45 for life!!
