Through their years of experiences as fighters and coaching other professional athletes, the coaches at Para Bellum have a wealth of knowledge. They make learning fun and interesting and ensure that their students are learning PROPER technique in a safe environment.
I have tried all disciplines at Para, so I recommend them all. -

The facility is clean, spacious and has every piece of equipment one would need to keep fit and work on their skills. The coaching is top notch and I can honestly say that I learn something new every time I take a class. Whether it be striking, grappling or self-defence, there will definitely be a class/program that is right for you!

There isn't anywhere else you could go to get this level of training/support/motivation. You get what you pay for (and in this case way more!!!!)
